Terms of Use.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

These terms are between you and Curate Brands, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as CRTE.

These terms cover use of the crteagency.com website. Paid work — deliverables, timelines, ownership, payment, warranties — is governed by a separate services agreement signed between CRTE and the client. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the services agreement controls.

1. Acceptance.

By accessing or using crteagency.com you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Use of the site.

You may use the site to learn about our services, request a proposal, and access information we publish. You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual property.

The CRTE name, logo, copy, imagery, and design system on this site are owned by CRTE or licensed to us. Nothing on the site grants you a license to use our marks, content, or work product beyond viewing the site.

4. Third-party links and services.

The site may link to third-party sites (Calendly, Pixieset, Vimeo, Instagram, etc.). We are not responsible for those services and their availability, content, or policies are their own.

5. No professional advice.

Content on the site — articles, case studies, service descriptions, playbooks — is provided for general information. It is not marketing, legal, financial, or business advice for your specific situation.

6. Disclaimers.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRTE and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability arising out of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

8. Indemnification.

You agree to defend and indemnify CRTE from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

9. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute is Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
