CRTE Studio produces UGC and short-form video in Los Angeles that looks native to the feed and performs like an ad. We handle talent, concepting, and production in-house, delivering scroll-ready creator content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

UGC & Short-form days are run by the same photographer start to finish — the person who lights the set is the person who delivers the retouch.
We script, cast, shoot, and edit creator-style content built for organic and paid feeds. Batch-produce a month of hooks in a single day, delivered captioned and platform-ready.
Deposits and fixed-price sessions, paid by card. Once it clears, the date is yours.

A short-form day is a content factory with a schedule: fixed setups, a hook list agreed in advance, and a creator working through it take by take. Volume is the product, so we protect it by never redesigning the set mid-day.
Creator arrives, products are laid out in shooting order, and we run the hook list aloud once so nothing is read for the first time on camera.
Two or three lighting looks are built and left alone for the day. Changing the light is what kills volume, so we change the creator's position instead.
We shoot in blocks of five hooks with a short break between. Each block is reviewed on a phone, not a monitor, because that is where it will be watched.
Pickup lines and B-roll are gathered last, when we know exactly which cuts need a cutaway. Cards are offloaded before the creator leaves the building.
First four edits arrive within 72 hours so testing can start, with the remaining cuts delivered inside nine business days.
The hook list is the whole game. Twenty written lines routinely become sixteen usable videos, while a vague brief and a talented creator usually stall out around six — send the list at booking rather than on the morning.
Eighteen hooks in one day: sixteen finished cuts, 48 hook variants, 24 vertical stills and an SRT for every file, delivered in eight business days.
Two creators alternating on the same two setups: 28 finished videos, 60 raw selects and eight testing variants — roughly six weeks of organic posting.
Screen-capture plus talking head over four hours: nine cuts at fifteen seconds, three at thirty, and a spreadsheet mapping each to a paid placement.
The first four edits land within 72 hours because a testing budget should not wait on a full delivery, and the balance follows inside six to nine business days. Recuts to a different length are included for thirty days after delivery, which covers the usual round of ad-account feedback. If a platform changes a spec mid-flight, we re-export the affected files at no charge.
Organic posting rights on your own channels are included with every delivered file, with no time limit. Paid usage, whitelisting and any post that runs from the creator's own handle are quoted before casting and written into the creator agreement, because retrofitting those rights after a shoot costs several times what they cost up front. We do not deliver a single file until the rights that apply to it are agreed in writing.

Both models work. CRTE has a roster of LA-based creators we cast from, or we shoot with creators you already work with — day rates negotiated separately.
