These terms are between you and Curate Brands, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as CRTE.

CRTE Agency ("CRTE," "we," "us") is a marketing agency and production studio based in Los Angeles, California. This policy covers the crteagency.com website, our contact forms, and the intake we do for CRTE Agency and CRTE Studio engagements.

• Contact details you submit. Name, email, phone number, company, and anything you type into a form on the site (project brief, budget, timeline).

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your project data to train third-party AI models.

4. SMS and text messaging.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, CRTE Agency may send you SMS or MMS messages related to your inquiry, project, or scheduled studio session, and occasional messages about our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers who help us deliver the messages, and those providers may not use them for any other purpose.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at workwith@crteagency.com or (818) 312-9202. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of text messages does not affect email or phone communications about an active engagement.

5. Sharing.

We share information only with service providers we use to run the business — hosting, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), tag management (e.g. Google Tag Manager), booking (e.g. Calendly, Pixieset), email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are bound by their own terms and privacy policies. We also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Retention.

We keep contact-form submissions and client project records for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and portfolio purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your choices and rights.

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
